Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan
Das gemeinsame Dokument Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan wurde 2024 von der AIAG in 2 separate Dokumente aufgeteilt (Advanced Product Quality Planning; Control Plan).
Ziel der APQP ist es, Fehler frühstmöglich zu erkennen und zu lösen, so kann es bereits in der Planungs- und Entwicklungsphase eines Produkts zum Einsatz kommen. Zentral ist also die vorausplandende Qualitätssicherung für die Produktentstehung und die entsprechende Umsetzung in den nachgelagerten Fertigungsprozessen. Die gewünschte Produktqualität zwischen Lieferant und Kunde sollte deswegen möglichst frühzeitig abgesprochen werden.

The joint document Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan was split into 2 separate documents by the AIAG in 2024 (Advanced Product Quality Planning; Control Plan).
The aim of APQP is to detect and solve errors as early as possible, so it can already be used in the planning and development phase of a product. The central point is therefore the pre-planning quality assurance for the product creation and the corresponding implementation in the downstream manufacturing processes. The desired product quality between supplier and customer should therefore be discussed as early as possible.
